HYDRAULIC DOCK LEVELER

AIR-POWRED DOCK LEVELER

The Air-Powered Dock Leveler operates safely and efficiently under the harshest conditions: temperature extremes, heavy usage, and exposure to acidic substances.

When activated by the single push-button control station, the airbag inflates, raising the deck and deploying the lip in a continuous upward motion. After the button is released, the bag deflates, allowing the platform to lower onto the truck bed.

MECHANICAL DOCK LEVELER

With innovative features such as J-beam deck support and a highly efficient ratchet hold-down system, the mechanical dock leveler has an industry-wide reputation for quality and performance.

This type of Dock Leveler has a cadmium-plated hold-down system that maintains constant contact between the dock lip and the trailer bed, ensuring compatibility with air-ride trailers. The operation remains smooth and quiet during loading/unloading.
