Almost 16 years ago, Canuck installed a new door on our garage along with an opener. They did a great job and it still looks good as new and until a few days ago, it worked flawlessly too. One of the lift cables slipped and stopped holding tension or providing much in the way of lift assistance and the door opener struggled a little to open and close the door.

David dispatched his team very quickly and they had the issue resolved during the same visit- it was just and adjustment to the spring that was needed to apply some tension to the lift cables - a simple fix for the professionals and I'm glad I reached out to them for this.

My garage door had issues last week after the winter storm. As soon as I closed it opened again. There was a sticker on the machine and I googled the company and had good reviews. I called the company and was provided service the same day and the issue was identified. A new fancy lift master machine with a camera was installed the following day which has some neat features. Works on an app. The installation was done efficiently and timely by the quiet but reliable Manzer and Mahmoud. There was some confusion and misunderstanding with pricing but was resolved quickly by Khalid , who you get when you call the service line. All in all, happy with the install , service and hoping it will last more than 15 years as the old machine replaced. Thank you.

After having Canuck Door Systems replace the springs in our garage door opening system earlier this year, we continued to have problems with the operation of the door. After an attempt to fix this did not last, Stan ascertained that we needed a new motor, which Sergei installed. We still needed extra remotes, and Stan and Sergei appeared promptly the next day with them, programmed them, and kindly helped us programme our cell phones. Quite expensive (over $1000 on top of the cost of the spring replacements); but what isn't expensive these days?

As a small Landlord in the East end of Toronto I respond to my Tenants professionally in a timely cost effective way. This occurred over the Xmas holidays with a broken commercial door hinge. The wind blew my commercial glass door open and it broke. Canuck Door systems came fast and board it up. They then replaced the glass door and everything is perfect now.

I called in on Saturday as the back entry door of my restaurant had an issue with the panic bar! They serviced my door same day as it was an emergency and the service tech Ahmed did a wonderful job and answered all my concerns! They even changed the lock for me and fixed the door.
