Electric Operable Walls systems provide automatic setup without manually moving the partitions into place. Furthermore, Canuck Door Systems offers four types of Electric Operable Walls.

FEATURES
These walls come with many features. Firstly, it has the most straightforward operation but is more expensive and straight runs only, with no turns. Secondly, they are supported from above, with no weight on the floor. Thirdly, the panels are all hinged together to make a train in odd numbers. Also, boards are stacked centered on the track at either or both ends of the run. Furthermore, the panels can be stored in a pocket, with or without pocket doors.
TYPES OF ELECTRIC OPERABLE WALLS
TYPE “A” PANEL CONSTRUCTION
- Least expensive
- Paired or Single panels with sweep seal only
- Welded steel frame. Also, they have a bonded standard MDF / PB face
- STC 49 to ASTM E90-90
- Maximum height is 10′ or 3050mm, and Maximum width is 54″ or 1370mm, Also, the weight is 7 lbs. / sq. ft., or 29 kg. / sq. meter.
TYPE “B” PANEL CONSTRUCTION
- Medium cost
- Available for all operations
- Welded steel frame, bolted MDF / PB face
- STC 49 to ASTM E90-90
- The maximum width is 54″ or 1370mm. Additionally, there is no maximum height. Furthermore, the weight is 8 lbs. / sq. ft., or 39 kg. / sq. meter.
TYPE “C” PANEL CONSTRUCTION
- Moderate cost
- Available for all operations
- Welded steel frame, 21-26 gauge steel liner. Additionally, they have a bolted MDF / PB face
- STC 52 to ASTM E90-90
- The maximum width is 54″ or 1370mm. Also, there is no maximum height. Moreover, the weight is 10 lbs. / sq. ft., or 49 kg. / sq. meter.
TYPE “D” PANEL CONSTRUCTION
- Most expensive
- Available for all operations
- Welded steel frame. Additionally, they have a 21-26 gauge steel face
- STC 54 to ASTM E90-90
- Maximum width – 48″ or 1235mm. Also, they have no maximum height. Furthermore, the weight is 10 lbs. / sq. ft., or 49 kg. / sq. meter.
