FEATURES
The Vinyl Sliding Patio Doors come with many features. Firstly, they have a unique thermal break system. Secondly, they come with an entire perimeter and double weather stripping. Thirdly, the sill design construction resists water pressures of up to 500 Pa. Additionally, the aluminum screen with fiberglass mesh and with four adjustable rollers.
Furthermore, they come with tempered safety glass and two tandem steel rollers. Also, you can choose custom sizes and colours. Moreover, there are optional decorative Locking Mechanisms, V-Groove glass, and Contour Grille Bars.
6500 SERIES
The manufacturers make the 6500 series of high-quality extruded PVC material with a wood core frame. It provides an energy-efficient patio door which is an ENERGY STAR Qualified product. This door offers a frame design with more rigidity and thermal conductivity than the very reliable 6500 series product line.
The unique design with a solid core of pre-fabricated finger joint wood wrapped in an innovative PVC extrusion offers ease of installation, increased strength, and lower conductivity of colder temperatures. The wood core allows you to position fasteners in any location, adapting quickly to any wall construction, whether steel stud, concrete, or traditional wood framing construction.
Also, when side lites and transoms are part of the design, the 6500 series is best suited and recommended for this application. The increased rigidity in the frame system supports the load and stress the surrounding fixed windows apply.
6200 SERIES
The 6200 series is manufactured of high-quality extruded PVC material, providing an energy-efficient patio door that is an ENERGY STAR Qualified product. The newest PVC product line has been engineered for increased frame strength with a deeper design and improved water infiltration resistance.
The 5-7/8” frame allows for ease of installation and caulking application when replacing older sliding doors. The newly designed sill threshold supplied with a stainless steel panel track and a unique drainage system will provide years of easy gliding and
performance.
