Project Overview
Intercity Properties Limited approached us with the need to replace the exterior glass aluminum storefront at their property located at 3434 Yonge Street in Toronto. The existing storefront had aged and required an upgrade to improve both aesthetics and durability.
The project called for the installation of Windspec 655 Series Glass Aluminum Products, which are known for their strength, modern appearance, and performance in high-traffic commercial areas.

Challenges
Working on Yonge Street always comes with unique challenges. The glass aluminum storefront in Toronto faced directly onto a busy sidewalk, requiring our crew to coordinate around pedestrian traffic. In addition, limited parking meant we had to arrive early each morning to secure space close to the site for unloading materials and tools.
Further delays were introduced by COVID-19 restrictions, which extended the original project timeline by about four weeks.
