An impressive combination of usability and longevity, Hydraulic Dock Levelers are high-performance systems that operate at the touch of a button. Strategically welded enhanced J-beams provide an exceptional level of structural sturdiness, improving product lifetime. Superior craftsmanship, ease of operation, and a robust suite of advanced safety features make a Hydraulic Dock Leveler an ideal choice for increased productivity at the loading dock.
With innovative features such as J-beam deck support and a highly efficient ratchet hold-down system, the mechanical dock leveler has an industry-wide reputation for quality and performance. This type of Dock Leveler has a cadmium-plated hold-down system that maintains constant contact between the dock lip and the trailer bed, ensuring compatibility with air-ride trailers. The operation remains smooth and quiet during loading/unloading.
The Air-Powered Dock Leveler operates safely and efficiently under the toughest conditions: temperature extremes, heavy usage, and exposure to caustic substances. When activated by the single push-button control station, the airbag inflates, raising the deck and deploying the lip in a continuous upward motion. After the button is released, the bag deflates, allowing the platform to lower onto the truck bed.
XTRA DOCK SAFETY(XDS) prevents forklift roll-off and overhead door damage at the loading dock. When introduced to the market in 2000, it was the only two-in-one combination of the dock leveler and safety guard, and it remains at the forefront of dock safety technology today. When the XDS is in the parked position, the Door and Dock Guard (DDG) sits 7 1/2″ (191 mm) above ground level, deterring accidental forklift roll-off. When the door is closed, the DDG remains in place, protecting it from impact damage that could result in security risk and expensive downtime.
“Great company. They care about their customers. They fixed my door and offered great advice and insight on how the commercial door really works. Would not hesitate to call them again.”
